Product Description:
DB114 ( DB114/C ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve VNP214, VEM214, VNP314, VEM314, VNP414, VEM414, VNP614, VEM614, VNP714, VEM714; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.
Applications:
1. Industrial Baghouse Dust Collector
Function: Control compressed air pulse blowing to clean the accumulated dust on filter bags.
Industry Applications:
- Cement Plant: Tail Dust Collector (gas temperature < 80℃)
- Steel Plant: Sintering Machine Head Dust Removal (requires pre-cooler)
- Wood Processing: Sawdust Collection System
2. Pneumatic Conveying Blockage Clearing
Install pulse valves at pipeline blockage points to trigger instant air flow impact for clearance. Suitable for conveying materials like food-grade calcium carbonate and plastic particles.
3. Material Silo Arch Breaking Device
Break the material arch in coal powder silos/grain silos with a working frequency of ≤30 times/minute.
